I’m Tobie Hainstock, founder of Hainstock Leadership & Personal Development. Raised in Northeast Saskatchewan, I’ve always believed that growth begins when we step outside our comfort zones. During my 25-year career in media, I learned firsthand the power of communication, adaptability, and lifelong learning. Those experiences sparked a passion to help others do the same — to stretch, grow, and lead with purpose.

In 2024, I became a Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team, and today, I’m dedicated to helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. Through customized leadership coaching, team training, and personal development programs, I help people strengthen their communication, elevate their confidence, and lead with clarity and impact.
